This is a great opportunity to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team and be a part of building the hiring process of excellence for Opera R&D Team globally. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring R&D and technical roles.
In this role you will be required to perform a full cycle of technical roles recruitment and manage the talent's pipeline. You should be inspired by building connections with executives across different departments in Opera and share your staffing expertise. You will be working closely with the Global Hiring Team to ensure that we are on top of the needs forward and make good and sustainable recruitment decisions. You will guide the candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a great candidate experience as well as keeping a good relationship with candidates and the IT community. You will plan, organize and attend in-house and external recruiting events and together with the team you will improve the way we do things and work strategically with our employer brand. Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for R&D and IT recruitment in China and APAC with reports to Global TA Team.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to define the hiring needs.
- Analyze relevant data to provide insight and consult with the business to implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.
- Search for top talent through various sourcing channels using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university collaborations and employee referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates. Screen CVs and interview candidates in the first step.
- Plan, organize and attend in-house and external recruiting events and fairs.
- Work closely with the HR Operation team to strengthen and communicate our employer brand in different contexts.
- Keep up to date with news and trends in the Talent Acquisition area and ensure that we constantly develop our way of working.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
- 2+ years of experience in technical roles recruitment, ideally experienced with both in-house and recruitment consultancy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English, preferably experience from working in an international context, collaborating with hiring managers and/or connecting with candidates from various countries.
