Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Arranging meetings and other events
  • Managing and preparing documents for Site
  • Assists in HR
  • All others related jobs
  • Other ad hoc job by superior

Requirement:

  • At least 3 year working experience
  • Diploma in administrative or above
  • Experience in construction field is an added advantages
